Abdinasir Noor

Abdinasir Noor is the founder of IMPETAS. He brings almost two decades of experience in diverse niches, including law enforcement, business development, operations management, and project and program management. He has overseen scale and growth initiatives worth over USD 500M.

 

Mr. Noor has personally overseen the modernization of training for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, focusing on English Language Training, Logistics, Naval operations, and Curriculum development to support Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiative. The Kuwait Armed Forces recognized his contributions to their training programs by awarding him the prestigious Gold Plaque. Additionally, he assists clients, businesses, and government contractors in establishing and developing businesses in the Middle East, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and the Eastern Africa Federation (EAC) countries.

 

Besides being an entrepreneur, Mr. Noor also commits time to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Science & Technology Startup Studio and Accelerator, which builds startups around deep tech from federal labs, universities, and corporations. He splits his time between Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Washington, DC.
